“In building several large brokers, I have worked with almost all of the well-known insurance advisors. CFA is the only one that consistently combines the attention to detail, experience, and in-depth financial analysis that are required to create an effective plan for growth. This combination was key to our ability to confidently execute our plans to grow, increase options for internal perpetuation, and enhance equity value. Working with them is like having a very sophisticated CFO on board.”
“Corporate Finance Advisors’ experience, attention to detail, and proprietary financial modeling helped us understand the specific steps we needed to transform our agency to one with the characteristics required to rapidly grow revenues, profit, and value.”
“We hired corporate Finance Advisors to assist us in acquiring a small regional broker. Even though CFA would receive a sizeable fee only if we completed a deal, they advised against it – a decision we have never regretted and advice that truly separates CFA from other industry investment bankers.”
